Action for Well Being (AWB) is a Delhi-based NGO working to dismantle biases against the LGBTQIA+ community through structured sensitisation programmes across educational institutions, corporate spaces, and government bodies.
Founded by Adv. Suraj Tomar and co-founded by Abhishek Dey (IIT Delhi), our work is grounded in Indian constitutional law — from the reading down of Section 377 to the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019.
